As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I run a private practice that offers individual counselling and psychotherapy to people who want to work at their own pace, focusing on their difficulties in full privacy. My overall aim is to help people realise their strengths by supporting them to shape meaningful lives for themselves. I have worked as an honorary therapist for CAPE - Community Activities Project Ealing, a charity based in the London Borough of Ealing for people who experience severe and enduring mental health needs. Currently, I teach professional counselling qualifications to adults looking to pursue a career change.

Individual Therapy - Individual therapy aims at identifying problematic patterns of relating and explores in depth their origins and dynamics. This exploratory process enables development of insights leading to new ways of relating, both in your personal and professional life. It is the complexity of the mind, with its entrenched patterns, which determines that this form of treatment is typically a fairly lengthy process.
A Safe Male Space - This men’s group is grounded in the principles of a free-floating group-analytic process. It’s a space where men collaboratively explore deeper understandings of the challenges they face in life. Guided by a professional counsellor, this group is a sanctuary for sharing growth, and gaining psychological insights.
